We have made a list of questions that people ask. 

Q: Where are you located and how long will it take to get my order?
A: We are located in High Point North Carolina.  Orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours of the time we receive the order (M-F).  If you live east of the Mississippi your order should arrive within 3-4 days.  If you live west of the Mississippi expect your order in 4-7 days.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: We ship world-wide.  You will select your country and then your address when checking out.  The system will automatically calculate the freight.

Q: Do you have locations in other countries?
A: Currently everything is shipping out of the United States.  We have a partnership in Canada and are exploring opportunities in England, Australia and South Africa along with a couple other countries. 

Q: Do you do custom designed Memory Cross cards? 
A: Yes, we produce custom cards for a variety of companies and churches.  The minimum order is 1,000.  If you are interested in getting more information email Mike Vitamvas.

Q: I am having trouble with my credit card.
A: Most credit card problems are caused by an address issue.  If you are using your credit card make sure the billing address matches where your statement comes.  If you are using a church credit card make sure they do not have a PO Box or  the credit card statement is not going to some other address.  If you continue to have a problem call or email us the order and we will help you get it processed.

Q: Who came up with the idea for this card?
A: Pastor Andy Lambert came up with the original idea for the card.  He brought it to Mike Vitamvas, who owns the printing company and together we worked on the design until it could be mass produced.

Q: Are your cards available in Christian Bookstores?
A: LifeWay has one that was designed for their 2010 VBS program that is available at all LifeWay stores.  We have tried putting the cards in a number of bookstores but because most people do not know how it works without watching a video or getting one in their hands sales at bookstores have not been as successful as we had expected.

Q: How can I get one of these cards for free to try?
A: We offer a free sample pack.  You pay only for the shipping and handling.  You can order by clicking on this link.

Q: I like this card and the idea.  How can I help you guys promote it?
A: We have an affiliate program through Share a Sale.  You can earn 10-15% commission on all sales that are generated through you.  There are a couple nice things about our program.Your commissions never expire.  As long as your customer does not clear out his cookies or buy a new computer you will continue to receive commissions every time he orders.  You can promote the program through email or through your website.
A: We also have a "distributor" program where you can buy wholesale and resell.  This works best if you are a bookstore or in Christian ministry and already sell products and would like to add Memory Cross to your product line.  Contact Mike Vitamvas at 888-738-5545 for more information.

Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: Not currently.  Everything we have is on our website.  We have a nice Google search box on the right hand side of the page where you can type in what you are looking for.  You can look by verse, word or phrase.

Q: How do you come up with your ideas for the cards?
A: Most of the cards we develop have come from our customers.  The other source is providing complimentary material to the VBS programs.
