Misunderstanding, but good product!

I ordered $50 worth because I was told over the phone that I would get free shipping with my order. The person specifically told me the total and said it was 50 something, but when I got the bill I was charged for the shipping. I thought the company would refund me when I called, but instead they just made excuses. I like the product.
